One of favourite interactions at counselling appointment was with a girl who was suicidal. wildest part was that she wrote a suicide letter, but realised her reasons for dying weren’t interesting and strong and in her own words “lame” and got her will to fight back and live😭

@d0ll_3xe Still working to be a licensed one, I have my bachelors and masters in psychology, but in near future I’ll be able to practice as an independent psychologist hehe

@d0ll_3xe True but it gets hard for people sometimes with voices inside their head. They get too absorbed and overwhelmed with their own issues and spiral down even at minute distress. But I’m glad you found your relief🫂🫂

@notyourbaer i can imagine how happy u must have felt! sometimes not thinking is almost so healing. Realized that when I was going through lowest point in life. your problems seem so much bigger till you look around and talk to others. and think beyond yourself.

@d0ll_3xe Agreed, poor girl had been battling anxiety, procrastination and overthinking so bad, it lead her to almost self harm. I kid you not I had to stop myself from smiling big like a clown that she got her own healing just by taking a breather.

Maybe i am too woke 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I'm actually glad birth rates are declining. Not because children are a burden, but because more people are finally realising they're not fit to be parents and that's a far kinder decision than bringing a child into a life they're not prepared for.
