Been working to improve digital a11y for disabled people for over 10 years now. As much pain/ frustration it has caused me I’m appalled at the disrespectful notion that I, & others dedicated to the field, wouldn’t use my time/effort to simply automate it away if I could have.

@Steady5063 Got handed a 250+ page report from a vendor on what we needed to fix back in 2008. (I think the vendor report only reflected the views of one screen reader user if I’m remembering correctly.) Haven’t looked back since!
