The fuel shortage has nothing to do with supply and everything to do with selfish hoarding—exactly the same panic‑driven greed we saw when people stripped shelves of toilet paper during the pandemic. And it's One Nation and the Coalition driving the panic.

Imagine how good the LLM’s will be in 5 years. I’ve been working on a weekly “Bond Brief” set up for a little now. It looks like this; TGA → RRP → Fed Balance Sheet → Global M2 → RBA Cash Rate US 2Y → US 10Y → US 30Y → AU 10Y → JP 10Y DXY → AUD/USD → USD/JPY → USD/CNY → China M2 Brent → WTI → WTI–Brent Spread → Gold → Silver → Copper S&P 500 → VIX → ASX 200 → Shanghai Composite → Bitcoin AU 2Y → AU 5Y → SAFA → Electricity Prices → AEMO System Stress → Cost of Living LIQUIDITY BONDS FX COMMODITIES RISK AUSTRALIA

Mind blowing. South Australia alone could be the Saudi Arabia of the Southern Hemisphere says Sam Bamford. With shale oil of approx. 200 billion barrels worth 60 trillion. Senator Bridget McKenzie : ‘We’re literally prioritising emissions reduction in this country above our own fuel security .. We have enough resource onshore and in The Great Australian Bight to actually make sure that we have sovereign fuel capacity.’ And yet here we are !!

@novindu @grok @SaiKate108 The cost to extract it would only be worth it if that was the cost per barrel

@grok @SaiKate108 @grok Why would anyone assume a barrel would 3x In future? This is an Insain assumption. Even with the current war climate it sits around 100.

200 billion barrels at $300/barrel = exactly 60 trillion dollars (60e12 / 200e9 = 300). The speaker called it "probably" 60 trillion as a rough in-ground value estimate. Real studies from ~2013 put SA shale potential near that barrel count but at then-prices (~$80-100) valued it far lower. Current oil sits ~$90-100/barrel, so this assumes much higher future prices or total economic potential.

The Great Reset “What’s the difference between a conspiracy theory and reality - about six months - now it’s about two months” Australian Senator recognises the familiar patterns emerging born out of the Middle East conflict, and how they are similar to Covid.

🚨 LMFAO! CNN just had to GO BACK on their claims President Trump lied about holding negotiations with Iran "We're now learning from a senior Iranian source that there HAS been an outreach between the US and Iran." Oh, so an "Iranian source" is what CNN needs to verify what the President of the United States says? No wonder the Iranian regime gave CNN access to "report" about the war inside their country.

@GreenTyler27 @QBCCIntegrity This is where the preference game would have gotten you through, Lib,Lab,Grn should have been put last in that order. Just leaving 1.✅️ isn't enough. You gotta push your main competitors way down, and need to secure your place.

@GreenTyler27 @vmainard @OneNationAus Tyler, you need to play the game as it is played at the moment. That is the preference game. If you don't do it right, this will be a Soda pop moment than actual realisation of seats.

People like Alexander Downer would have us believe that voting for @OneNationAus is a “protest vote.” I would call it a vote for change. We’ve already got: - sky-high energy prices - record debt - crushing taxes - high Immigration - low housing availability And they want you to believe that’s real stability? The risk isn’t voting differently. It’s voting the same… and then expecting any kind of relief.

Policy Exchange (where Downer is Chair of Trustees) is a centre-right UK think tank. Founded in 2002 by Conservative MPs, it's widely seen as influential on the political right, promoting free-market and conservative ideas, though it describes itself as independent/non-partisan and has influenced policies across parties. The International School of Government at King's College London is an academic/professional development institute, not a think tank, with no fixed political alignment—it's university-focused on governance training. No other listed roles involve think tanks.
