@WomenInLogistic 1. Get stuck in and have a go yourself. Some of the best experience and learnings I got was from picking/packing/transport planning myself! 2. Stay curious. The world of logistics is constantly evolving, so don’t forget to take inspiration from everything around you!

@WomenInLogistic Eis' two tips: the most important is to not be closed off - talk to people, meet as many people as possible and network, network, network! The second is to try your hardest - put in extra to work towards your future, be flexible and consider it a learning experience! #DLC21

@WomenInLogistic @WindsorBethanyE Nearly 50% of warehouse managers and directors are due to retire by 2027 (LMI for All data) - the shortage in our sector represents a great opportunity for young people to step in and step up at pace! #DLC21
