Built my port up from .4 to 1 SOL in 2 days, then lost all of it in like 10 minutes. Disappointed in myself for making dumb trades. Gonna step away for a few days to fully clear my mind before touching the charts again.

was up like .4 on the day and one trade wiped it all out. Also sold early on multiple runners. Unfortunate but I'm stopping now before I start revenge trading, emotions high. Still confident I can start dropping a lot higher days, just need to get comfortable with holding instead of selling for small wins.

It’s always hard in the beginning. The gym, trading, side business etc. But once you start consistently doing it and get through that phase, you get to a point where it becomes hard to NOT do it. Few months of working out and you’ll have to force yourself to take a day off. Few months of progress in your business and you won’t want to take a break. Just start.
