The biggest indirect limitation of all AI agents today is trust. Everything essentially comes down to how fast you can review what the agent did. Now, the speed is not about how fast you can write code, but rather how fast you can review it. Maybe that’s what a part of AGI could really mean: the point at which it’s no longer feasible to review what agents do, because our understanding will fail to keep up with their output complexity.
