This is why organizations like @AARPNY support the NP Modernization Act #A1535 #S3056 & states: "AARP believes that patients should have direct access to nurse practitioners...working to the full extent of their education and expertise." #PassTheNPMA in the #NYSBudget

This clip captures why patients need to have their Nurse Practitioners practicing at the top of their licenses for full practice authority. Our Legislature and champions like @DickGottfried @DeborahJGlick @tobystavisky & @NYSenatorRivera can get this done in the #NYSBudget.

@np_chat I’ve only had to address vaccine hesitancy from family members. I patiently answer all questions in a non-judgmental way. This can be a difficult because you have to try and block out all of the other family members shaming or pressuring them. #NPchat
