@ianwalker Little doubt this impacts on immune health /infection susceptibility - we see regularly at general immunology clinics people with long stressful commutes amongst interminable traffic listening to rage radio and recurrent minor infections. There is a good study in this somewhere

@gavreilly @dubsoulrebel Eye drops are helpful but need frequent application. Barrier sprays may also help a bit. If it’s bad request referral for desensitisation which is pretty standard in most countries - but not Ireland.

Can’t remember a summer when my hay fever has been as bad as it is at the moment. Anyone with hay fever feeling it as bad? Taking tablets (generic version of telfast) which aren’t lasting 24hrs, as it says on the box

I’ve been to a lot of gigs over too many years. @LankumDublin last night in D8 was the best. Pints after in Kenny’s on James St were pretty good too - maybe the Guinness is at its best when it doesn’t travel far. Life affirming.
