How I’m fixing my trading for good: I realized I wasn’t losing because of my setup I was losing because of my discipline So I simplified everything: 1 trade a day. No exceptions. Loss = I’m done Win = I’m done No re-entries No revenge trading No moving stops Stop loss goes where the setup is invalidated not where I “feel comfortable” I don’t care about the money anymore I care about execution Because I’ve already seen what happens when I follow my rules Now it’s just about doing it every day This is how I will get to where i want to be.

Blew my XFA today :( Classic example of trying to catch a falling knife. I did catch some banger trades but I wanted 100 Points i was up 76 points at one point tried one more trade and lost the lot + an extra -119 points today. #crys don't think im going to be able to save this XFA with only $52 of drawdown left on it. should've waited for nq and es to link up after they had a huge divergence. Anyways walked out with my minimum profit today. Did it on stream all for free as always.

Not a fan of this trade very much a "Pattern Trade" (I don't actually like the term but for lack of better words) but this loss isnt the end of the world losing trades will happen what took place after is an abomination to trading

The setup of the day appeared 40 minutes after the AM session ended 👀 I stayed on because we still had obvious sellside liquidity (1m Perfect EQL's) with LRLR to the left, but I wasn't fully focused and was scrolling through X when the entry appeared. By the time I spotted it, we were already 3 candles past the V-Shape. Unlucky, but it's a good reminder that patience pays. Waiting for your setup is always better than forcing a trade. 💪

@bkfcorp its all just seeing the same setup work hundreds of times and knowing one loss doesn't change anything

Knowing your setup has positive expected value over the long run does so much for your confidence. You just have to spot the setup and execute. Half the mental battle just disappears.

no trades for me today wasn’t expecting much because of yesterdays big gap up

going into next week looking to take 1 trade a day with a max sizing of 1-2 micros switching things up. AGTG

@nqkram btw i trade 2 micros and get 500 wins.. you are probably overleveraging.

today was a day like those I would tilt on before, I had the feeling to all day but I managed to hold my hands and not trade anything else today and just accept and learn from my loss. I know I’m getting better because i mentally stopped myself from trading without having to use the lockout tool.
