Air india express customer care is very poor reach when we are out of country , we can’t really hold the ISD call for 30-45mins. Also email channel is always reverted with automated replies. Could you please speed up and introduce chat options to get our query faster @airindiain

@raghu_manjula @SalkarSawant Currently airlines are allowed to bring back UAE residents with valid ICA/ GDRFA approvals from India to UAE. Clarity on travel of passengers with newly issued residency visa permits/ visit visas are awaited. We will keep you posted on further updates received in this regard.
