Sigh, fans need to know how difficult and costly it is to have a tour (much less a stadium level tour) in LATAM - need a reliable/trustworthy promoter (harder than it sounds) - customs (import taxes) are REALLY high esp Brazil - security + insurance are WAYYY more expensive +
