In terms of boosters, seems like Israel data of 64% effectiveness against delta after 2nd dose is outlier due to small sample size (can make results inaccurate). Large datasets from UK, Canada say 88%-90% effective against symptoms, 96% hospitalizations leaps.org/booster-shot/
