The amount of rejection I have to do on a daily and yearly basis is disheartening. On average we’ll take 7 true freshman HS bats and 3 transfer bats a year, thats it. Between emails, camps, calls from coaches, advisors, and dm’s I get at minimum, 5-10 inquiries a day. Thats over 3,000 players in a year that have expressed interest in playing for HCC. We take 10 of those 3,000 which comes out to a .33% “acceptance rate”. Coaches and players it’s truly never personal it’s just the math.
