@Scopezy I mean all anyone has to do is hit the rank for the buddy THE ONLY REWARD. there is no insentive to play after that once u get that unless this is/could be a career the player is interested in pushing for. just watered out what was a very elite rank

@ntelyfe I just feel like it will help with the rank feeling gate kept and I feel it will make radiants more insetivised to play because they gotta worry about being pushed out,I predict the threshold atleast a year from now will be back 400-450

That just put a massive dent in the ranked system. everyone’s going to be radiant now.. all they had to do was adjust the mmr system slightly from mid ascendant and beyond and the leaderboards would have been FULL..

@Scopezy I agree with that there will be a LOT more “Radiant players” though, thats kinda the issue.. a 300rr radiant vs a 1000 rr radiant are MASSIVELY different in overall skill just unfortunate i guess.. but the games just dying so who cared atp right riot!

@Scopezy A lot of “new people” will be hitting radiant because of how low of a threshold it will have throughout the act. the concern is that its now easier to wintrade or boost than ever before when dropping the rr requirement that significantly imo, Massively reducing the skill of rad.

@ntelyfe Ehh with how awful this mmr system is I feel like it will still be the same rads+ a few new people because realistically that’s only like 8 less games and realistically a lot of the new people that hit it are either boosted or win trading so it’s not that much
