We built a browser with GPT-5.2 in Cursor. It ran uninterrupted for one week. It's 3M+ lines of code across thousands of files. The rendering engine is from-scratch in Rust with HTML parsing, CSS cascade, layout, text shaping, paint, and a custom JS VM. It *kind of* works! It still has issues and is of course very far from Webkit/Chromium parity, but we were astonished that simple websites render quickly and largely correctly.

We’re excited to further enhance our set of privacy tools with our newest API product, Permissions Manager, to enable companies that are prioritizing open finance. Together we’re providing consumers with even more transparency into and control over their data sharing.

4/ These people are really good at holding the line on quality, on efficiency, on common sense, and aren't afraid to ask for the impossible. Takeaway: 80% of impossible is often a revolutionary idea, and you can't be afraid to go there.

3/ I've noticed that a few people are particularly good at "pushing my buttons" in a way that no one else can, and normal workday frustration I might have on a problem is transformed in an inspirational energy and an opportunity is identified.

1/ Having great people surrounding you is so important. Looking back at the 3-4 biggest ideas / most impactful things I've done at Plaid, *all* of them stemmed from either a critical business problem OR someone telling me "wow, this is so bad"...
