A major shift is underway. Some who once supported giving hormones to children to medically transition their gender— are now reversing course. When it comes to protecting kids, Alberta will continue to lead with courage, evidence, and common sense.

BRACE YOURSELF... 918 Gazans have been allowed into Canada — the only country in the world to waive immigration rules — regardless of eligibility. Adults received $3,000. Children $1,500. They were also given free health care, work permits, and language education. BUT WAIT. THERE'S MORE... At first, Gazan families sued Canada over visa application delays. Then it escalated. Grateful Gazans are currently suing CANADA over the war "Palestinians" started in Gaza. They must truly love and appreciate this nation.🇨🇦

Wow. Carney just dropped this almost 10 minute video basically setting up Canadians for no deal with the US. What people need to understand, this is Carney's plan, and not because of Trump. He is putting millions of jobs and countless businesses at risk to satisfy his agenda. People who rely on the US for trade & their livelihoods better wake up, its you who are going to pay the price, not this guy.

Here’s Mark Carney’s illusion: he wants to keep Canadians in a state of fear and panic to distract from all of his costly failures at home. The Carney Liberals have given us the worst food inflation, the worst household debt, the worst housing costs, and the only shrinking economy in the G7. He has not repealed a single anti-development law, approved a single pipeline, and housing construction is actually falling. To top it all off, he’s doubled the deficit Justin Trudeau left behind. These are all Liberal-made problems that Carney made worse. And as for the U.S., Mark Carney’s talk of a rupture with the customer that buys two-thirds of our goods is not a plan. He has not negotiated a single new Free Trade Agreement with any country on earth. The meetings, photo ops, and non-binding memoranda are all an illusion. Mark Carney’s agenda is about enriching a small group of well-connected Liberal elites like him, who get corporate handouts of tax dollars and use tax havens to avoid paying the same bills they are charging you. If we want to be affordable at home, safe at home, and strong at home we must make real change at home. That’s why Conservatives are fighting for an end to wasteful Liberal spending. Let us cut corporate welfare, consultants, foreign aid, and handouts to fake refugees. Unblock our resources. Unleash our entrepreneurs. Approve pipelines and major projects today. Incentivize municipalities to build homes. Cut the gas taxes on farmers, truckers, and steelmakers. Stop the money-printing and inflationary deficits that drive up the cost of everything. That’s the only way we will be strong at home and unbreakable abroad.

There’s a new viral trend to test the gas that comes out of our gas station pumps in America They’re doing this because people say our gas quality has dropped in quality and they’re getting lower gas mileage It looks like this same trend is happening in Canada. A Circle K was caught with gas so bad, it was 50% water and damaged 7 vehicles “The mix that we're seeing is about 50% water and then 50% fuel, which is enough that it actually won't combust and spark inside of the engine so that at that point your vehicle is not drivable because you can't actually turn the engine over” ‘Contaminated gas bought from an Edmonton Esso Circle K was 50% water, according Colton William of Kross Mitsubishi’ Another thing that makes gas feel like you’re getting worse gas mileage is regulatory changes allowing lower-energy additives. These contribute to the “feels weaker” feeling for many drivers

The CEO behind the $206 million taxpayer-funded Mersey River Wind Farm project admitted that his company board is made up of people who were related or connected to former Liberal politicians. Canadians have a right to be frustrated that the Canada Infrastructure Bank is giving over $200 million to a project that benefits Liberal insiders, and that they refuse to disclose any terms or details.

Wrong again Duane. The motion clearly states the independent and likely judge led panel is to follow the recommendations of Justice Miller found in his addendum. If you had bothered to read the full recommendation in Justice Miller’s addendum (p.66), they are based on the majority report as a base line and are quite prescriptive. And they can also use all the info from the public hearings which was recorded by Hansard. Relax.
Duane Bratt🇨🇦@DuaneBratt

It is not the increase from 89 to 91 that is problematic. It is this part of the motion. Throwing out the Electoral Boundaries Commission (and all of their work) and instead creating a new committee of MLAs with a new advisory panel.

There is a reason that we do not have MLAs decide on electoral boundaries. Tossing out the Electoral Boundaries Commission and replacing it with a UCP-dominated committee is not just a bad idea. It is really bad for democracy. Ask the US, ask Hungary. This is not normal!

The pundits chirping about @PierrePoilievre’s leadership of the @CPC_HQ seem to forget that he just won 87% in a leadership review vote. Under his leadership a year ago, the Conservative Party won by far the largest number of votes in its history, and the highest share of popular vote since 1988. He has expanded the Conservative coalition in important ways, and has been perhaps the most effective opposition leader in modern Canadian history, driving Justin Trudeau out of office, and defining the key issues in national politics for most of his tenure. I have been critical (constructively, I hope) about some aspects of his leadership, including the admittedly difficult problem of how to deal with the destabilizing threats and uncertainty emanating from Donald Trump. But I am encouraged to see Mr. Poilievre modifying his approach to address lessons learned from the last election, e.g. his recent trips abroad, and a broader approach to communications. There is no doubt in my mind that he has the confidence of the Conservative Party, and has won the right to contest the next election. And to the small number of Conservatives who might be sceptical, I ask them how the party benefits from the constant internal strife of changing leaders? What message would it send to Canadians to have a seventh leader (including interims) since 2015? IMO the Liberal majority should be seen by Conservatives as an opportunity to: - demonstrate the maturity and discipline expected of a government in waiting; - focus on offering constructive ideas that address Canada’s deep challenges, as opposed to a perennially angry clickbait oppositional approach; - recruit talented candidates with senior private sector and government leadership experience who can help present a team that’s ready to govern; - demonstrate that Conservatives do not regard the Trump phenomenon as a distraction to be downplayed, but a serious and disruptive threat to our sovereignty and prosperity to be addressed head-on; - have the courage to lead responsibly on difficult issues, like the need for root and branch reform of the broken immigration system; promoting the duty of newcomers to integrate; reversing the woke denigration of Canada’s historically grounded identity and institutions, etc; challenging the growing abuse of judicial power in the criminal justice system, etc.; - clearly demonstrate that ours is the party of Confederation by helping to lead the fight for national unity against potential secession referenda in Alberta & Quebec. Canadians want and deserve a serious opposition that fulfils its constitutional duty to offer an alternative government. IMO, that means maintaining strong, stable, patriotic leadership that can learn from past mistakes, while building with confidence.

🇨🇦 Brookfield Bought a Cattle-Cloning Company. Cloned Beef 🥩 was supposed to go Unlabelled.🤔 🧵 THREAD: So… Who’s Cloning the Cows Canada Won’t Label? 1/ Who’s cloning the cows? Trans Ova Genetics — the #2 cattle-cloning company in North America. They clone elite bulls, duplicate embryos, and sell semen/embryos straight into commercial feedlot supply chains. Cloned offspring → raised → slaughtered → sold as “regular” beef. (Source: transova.com) 2/ Who owns Trans Ova? In July 2022, Brookfield Asset Management (Canada’s biggest alternative-asset manager, ~$900B AUM) bought 49% of the company for $250M. The remaining 51%? Still owned by Precigen (formerly Intrexon). (Source: Brookfield press release, July 19, 2022) 3/ So… who profits from cloned-offspring beef entering the food chain with no labels and no disclosure? • Brookfield — made a quarter-billion bet on cloning tech • BlackRock & Vanguard — passive holders via Brookfield • Consumers — unknowingly pay “natural beef” prices for meat that may not be natural at all Brookfield CEO Bruce Flatt called biotech “the next infrastructure.” #ClonedMeat #ConsumerRights #Cdnpoli #FoodLabels #ProtectConsumers #Canada

🇨🇦 Canada Just Greenlit Cloned-Offspring Meat—And Didn’t Tell Anyone So cloned-offspring meat can now enter Canadian grocery stores with no review and no label — and nobody bothered telling the public. 🇪🇺EU debates it. 🇺🇸U.S. admits it. 🇨🇦 Canada hides it. This isn’t about science. It’s about transparency. If “informed choice” requires information, then Canadians deserve to ask: What aren’t we being told — and why? #FoodTransparency #Cdnpoli #ProtectConsumers #HealthCanada #ClonedMeat #Canada
