To be clear, what is down is our node and infrastructure to send transactions. This is a DeFi wallet. As long as you have your keys (you can still see them from your phone), then you can take your keys and import them somewhere else while we work on the issue

Servers are all down due to hosting costs. We’re trying to move things on prem or find someone else to take over nucle.

Nucle is down for a bit, we’re upgrading the database. Servers won’t connect til that’s done

Nucle is back up. We had one of our services get knocked down during the process of moving our chia items to on prem to save on costs. Should be better now and downtimes will be shorter as we complete migration.

We are moving servers around for our node to have better uptime, sorry for intermittent disruptions

Also we’re moving servers these days to lower costs so there might be future, shorter interruptions.

Nucle is back up. Our main dev has been very sick so it took some time to get in contact and have another dev help. This should remove this single point of failure in the future. We have a node independent nucle on the roadmap after we support NFTs

Our main developer got quite sick with covid and is still in the hospital with recovery for over a month. We are flying someone out there on the 6th to get his laptop to sign in and fix it. We will also distribute permissions better with the team so it doesn’t happen again.

Remember we don’t actually lock your funds, they’re still with your words. So nothing is lost and we have access to nothing. Still your keys still your crypto. Think of it as your internet being down, it happens!

Nucle is a free service with its own monthly web hosting fees, developers fees and maintenance fees to provide the free service over the years. Chia nodes get out of sync or stop syncing, it happens. Best would be to have a multi node infrastructure.

Our chia node is still down, our main devops person went on vacation for the holiday. We’re figuring it out, might be down a few days.

This is the first time we’ve had a sync/stop sync issue with our node in a year, which is pretty good and shows the quality of the setup/writing code our developers are done. I understand the pain though of being unable to use Nucle to use your 12/24 words. We’re working on it

Our chia node stopped syncing, which happens. Best would be to have a node selector like MetaMask, a mutlinode infrastructure to failover or rewrite the node code. Right now we have the single node on AWS that syncs your wallet to the blockchain. We need to restart the sync.

Looks like the node went down and is out of sync. It’ll require a restart and then a sync, the node is the same as the one we all use with the chia original wallet. I’ll have an etc on restart and fix in the morning

Apple developer account expired. It is now renewed and should push back out to the stores.

We are looking into the issues for the wallet funds required for our server inquiry for balance and transactions history. The funds are safe and its there as long as private keys are not compromised by 3rd party. You can use your 24 words with chia wallet

BE would be the node falling out of sync

Nucle is showing zero balance and looking into it. I think it’s an iOS AppStore agreement update but I haven’t checked with dev on possible BE issues. Will keep you updated.
