Gawuna made an irreversible political miscalculation. He left APC for ADC and later left ADC for NDC. He left APC, a party that could have given him the governorship ticket in 2031, to join ADC, a party that will give him the ticket in 2027. A wise decision. Unfortunately, he left ADC for NDC, a party that may only give him the governorship ticket in 2035—if he remains loyal and obedient to Kwankwaso and his political aesthetics. Gawuna lost it all.
