Nulla tilts her head ever so slightly, her gaze lingering on the doctor for a moment longer than usual. The faintest smile curves upon her lips as she brings the cup closer, not bothering to cool the tea before taking a quiet sip. She pauses… as if weighing his words carefully, fingers resting still against the porcelain. A soft hum leaves her, almost thoughtful — almost amused. — How… reassuring. — she murmurs under her breath, though something in her tone feels just slightly misplaced. Her eyes lower to the tea, watching the surface ripple. — …One can only hope such forgiveness is given as freely as it is spoken of.
