op on @zora from someone who's been building in ccm for ~6 months them discarding ccm is better for traders, creators, and general supporters of ccm > proved once again volume based fee model doesn't work (@jessepollak , @nickshirleyy , etc as proof) > less noise for creators when picking a platform to make theirs (@Pumpfun #1 for distro/discovery re CCM) > no fragmentation for traders/viewers re platforms (fixed by @livesuite but still an issue for 99% of enjoyers, for now) > builders (like myself) can focus on the clear winner when it comes to building on-top of pre-existing infra (re monetization, + QOL tools, etc) > focus back on solana (which has proved itself to be the best for "retail") not saying i'm not upset/angry at the move, since i had/have spent dozens (if not hundreds) of hours building out support for zora creators but the pros outweigh the cons by 100x. wish them the best with the pivot though -> if it's not working/there's no pmf, then pivot as they say

All jokes aside if you have long term faith in crypto this is a really good time to take some time to make something you can be proud of. The silence is a gift.

A lack of accountability for a crypto app/product is extremely bearish. When dev team sells there project to a new entity, those new owners have little to no owness to current or former users of said product or app. The token associated becomes even more worthless.
