Following Monday’s visit by the Reform party and its leader, Nigel Farage, the club would like to issue the following statement: Ipswich Town Football Club has, over several years, hosted representatives from a range of political parties. The club remains apolitical and does not support or endorse any individual or party. The club will continue to engage with representatives from across the political spectrum as part of its role within the community. Ipswich Town is proud to be an inclusive, diverse, and welcoming organisation that supports all members of the local and wider community. This commitment remains unchanged.

I try to stay away from twitter other than for football but always look for his comments on anything Rangers. If I want facts I look for Clive and Dave Mc.

@takesbywill As an American supporter I’ll say 3 things: 1) he cares deeply about #QPR; 2) he’s a big part of the reason so many of us can stay connected, understand what’s actually happening “on the ground”; and 3) He’s a genuinely nice fella. Also, @LoftforWords is a damn good writer.

Personally, I don't understand the haranguing of LFW, given he provides content free of charge, and genuinely makes the shitty results after match days a bit more enjoyable by turning it into a sort of comedy. I genuinely think I would enjoy supporting QPR a lot less without it.

@J_J_Burke yeah I get what your saying but I'd suspect that we had been talking to him for a while. perhaps Saturday sealed it though. I think LFW had hinted at it some time back well before the start.

QPR fans will understandably call me negative, and I'm most likely still annoyed from Saturday, but the Hayden signing reeks of a desperate signing to appease fans and is clearly not a manager signing

@RuislipR he should not be the one that comes over. that's Jimmy's job, and Cook. a disgusting afternoon spent there today. They will batter a few teams though. very good.

Been enjoying not using this awful app but it the best place for football. Was excited for next week. I am a lot less excited now.

@alanfullerqpr it would make sense for him not to be involved just in case but probably means he's off. The model means we have to sell but it's a blow both on and off the pitch. He has been my fav for ages going back to when he first came. Such a good honest lad. No blame but gutted still.

In all seriousness Dunne would have been asked if he wants to speak to United if he said yes then his head isn’t in the right place to play but this doesn’t mean he is defo gone I’ve read a few bits on here that United have moved on from Dunne as we rejected it #QPR
