At work listening to @nutone & @DynamiteMC on the @HospitalRecords ADE2024. The final ID at ADE 2024 was on a 2006 mix I’ve had for years, on a burnt disc—any chance someone knows the track name? I’ve had the most positive flashbacks from that era and need more.

@Halogenix I can recommend CBTi - cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia… I did a course through my local NHS taking therapies service, 8 sessions. Totally transformed my relationship with sleep.

I’m having real trouble sleeping atm. Brain wired almost all the time. Family/music/touring/work etc.. am always on the go: I don’t want to turn to medicinal sleep aids so just wondering if anyone has had any success with alternative methods? Any tips? X
