I asked about Brett Gallant not being listed as being from PEI. Which he is. Proudly. He lives in Alberta now. And residency rules come into play. Thus, he’s not officially listed as being from PEI. But he is.

Very odd decision in Italy as Constantini’s team has been a 5-person unit this whole quad with Angela Romei one of those five players. Just weeks before the Olympics, she was told she was left off the team in favour of the technical director’s daughter

Game 180: This season has been the joy of my professional career. Love being a part of (biased observer alert) the best broadcast group in Major League Baseball and the best broadcast group in Canada. Every person on this team loves baseball, and loves sports television and is really, really good at it too. Anyone who actually knows something about this industry (as opposed to just writing about it) knows how good this product has been. Director Troy Clara & Producer Doug Walton have built something really special & I never forget how lucky I am to be a part of it. If you went back in time by 25-30 years and told a young Chris Black this is what he'd be doing to fill his days, man, that kid would have a big fucking smile on his face. Win or lose, the journey has been incredible (but man, a win would be really fucking sweet too). Enjoy the ride. Thanks for reading (all year long). Now we roll. -Chris
