@drmljn @RailwaySeva Train reached Lucknow after ~15 hrs and kept stopping every 2 minutes. This is unacceptable. The delay was 13–14 hrs from Delhi, not 1–2 hrs. Who will compensate passengers for the time lost? Request route clearance and minimal delays.
