@moneymuseafrica Does the thing. We always blame DDEP bur afte reading, I realised that DDEP for bond holders did not affect principal, the coupon rate was what was cut depending on the class you fell in. I dont know if principal followed. So if your money is less than deposit, thats a problem.

@SenaCoffi Lol, databank, never again da! You see, all these things your money ia doing with databank EPACK, now, you can do ir yourself. Equities and govt securities can be purchased by individuals. Just stay consistent and learn, plan, execute. Never will I give money to databank again!

You want a simple way? put that money in databank's epack and just expect the same performance the mutual fund has churned out since inception. In 10 years, that money could become GHS 1M, GHS 10M in 20 years and GHS 100M in 30 years.

@moneymuseafrica By the time, I could say Jack, the money has be halved and even the rest was less than my deposit. Anytime I tried a withdrawal, I was given a lesser amount than I requested. After I made a couple of withdrawals, I knew I had a good balance, only for me to go and there's nothing.

@BobieHenry19 @moneymuseafrica An unsolicited advice that will help you. To get absolute comfort, try withdrawing about 70% of the funds not to spend or use it but will deposit it back the next day or something. If you like how the withdrawal will go, stay. If not, advice yourself before that long term comes.

@gervin_dk Usually persons that occupy that ministry are much concerned about collecting maximum rent from buildings built in the 19s and 2000s, and planning to build affordable housing that is never affordable for the ordinary Ghanaian. No ideas on today's real issues of housing.
