Caballero isn’t breaking any rules. Umps are creating new rules because they don’t like what he’s doing.

@TheConnorPils It is a disgrace every time a position player pitches. The fans pay big $$$ to attend and this is what they see. MLB should attempt to discourage this with an innovative penalty scheme to reduce this practice.
