I am finding myself very unhappy when I come on here lately. I don’t know what is happening in this industry, but it seems to have been flooded by freeloaders expecting everything for free. Gone are the tips and the gifts. Hell, I can’t even be spoiled to nails now. And when we ask for things, we are told we are begging - meanwhile I spend most of my day posting and replying to all of you. Which I do not get paid for. I work extremely hard and I’m feeling like it’s all for nothing lately. I’m feeling as though I’m receiving nothing in return. And it’s affecting my mood. It’s affecting my mental health slowly. Frankly, this is not how I want to live. I’ve been in amazing spirits for months now, but I feel this slipping away due to how I’m treated on here and the lack of appreciation. This is not me “crashing out,” this is me saying my time, effort, and work is not being respected and it’s upsetting me. It’s not making me feel good.
