@joseph_kalimbwe Zimbabweans do have some delusional tendencies. They forget that they come from a failed state. @joseph_kalimbwe

Zimbabweans are extremely wonderful sets of people.
But i don't understand some of you like looking down on other countries. Its like in your eyes, all of us come from dysfunctional nations and have nothing going on and its you that have everything that life gives.
Stop it.

After Devera Ngwena split, Johnsayi Machinya and Innocent Bitu formed their own band, Zhimozhi Jazz Band, named after the 1980 hit. They released a song - Petro naJohane.
Then, Zhimozhi also split, and guys formed a new band, called themselves Petro naJohane.
Funny.
Sungura Central@SunguraCentral
Jonah and Patrick left to form a new Devera Ngwena, while Inno and others stayed to form Zhimozhi Jazz Band. Zhimozhi had one hit, Petro naJohane. Then they too split, and guys left to form another band called - wait for it - Petro naJohane.

@acielumumba The Zimbabwean economy is all artificial.
Remove the US Dollar from circulation and it will collapse.
Everything else is just nonsense.

🚨Zimbabwe’s new currency isn’t failing.
It’s fighting a ghost.
The ghost of 2008.
The Zimbabwe Gold (ZiG) is backed by gold, record exports, and tight policy from the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe.
But markets remember one thing:
Discipline must be proven, not promised.
Currencies don’t collapse suddenly.
Discipline collapses first.

@newswireZW @ZimTreasury @GGuvamatanga This is all promises and lies from Guvamatanga and his cronies.
Remove the US Dollar from circulation and will see the REAL Zimbabwean economy collapse.
English

Speaking to investors at the Mining Indaba in Cape Town, @ZimTreasury Perm Sec @GGuvamatanga gives a more ambitious outlook for the economy.
He says Zim will grow by at least 8.5%, driven by agric and mining. If this happens, it would be higher than last year’s estimated 6.6% growth. It would also be the fastest annual recovery since 2012, and double even government’s own initial 5% forecast for 2026.
IMF sees more modest growth. It says growth last year “surpassed the initial projection of 6.6%” and forecasts 4.6% for 2026.

@IanByrneMP New Labour assassination of Jeremy Corbyn in favour of this Mandelson cabal has brought down Labour. Poor Starmer the manchurian candidate is reaping thorns of abandoning the socialist foundations of Labour.
English

Morgan McSweeney’s resignation as Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister is in the best interests of the Government.
A man lauded for masterminding the GE2024 victory has also been central to the political misjudgements and errors made since winning that GE.
His departure is also in the best interests of the Labour Party. McSweeney has overseen the erosion of internal democracy and the normalisation of a deeply damaging factionalism that members and MPs are now living with - and which I experienced first hand in 2022.
But this will not stop with a single resignation. A true change in political direction must now come from - and be led from - the very top. The PM must now reflect honestly on his own position and ask whether, for the good of the country and the Labour Party, he should follow McSweeney’s lead.
English

@paulmasonnews This is the cesspit @paulmasonnews defended when you brought Jeremy Corbyn down. You & your MSM cabal have killed Labour and the working class interests.

@TinotendaGacha1 @TembaMliswa @ByronDZ93 @chabatatafguy @noto2030 @enkudheni @matigary @TendayiManyange @LynneStactia Nonsense. Just remove this religion from Zimbabwe zvipere zvese izvi.

Jay Israel is shaking the foundations of deception. He is tearing down the walls built by FALSE PROPHETS "Vaporofita venhema" exposing the rot that has been hidden behind the veil of Religion. And yes, if you are offended, then you are the fallen angel.
>"If you are trembling at his words, then you are the fake angel.
If you are offended then you are the fallen Angel, then you are the fallen fake angel your own wife is always shedding tears because of your cheating escapades dont make me go there you have tried everything fallen angel you have tried everything".<
For too long, Zimbabwe and Africa have been held hostage by men who cloak themselves in HOLINESS while feasting on the tears of the people. They promise miracles, they demand offerings, they build empires of lies. But Jay Israel has stood up, unafraid, and declared enough is enough.
He has tried everything truth, courage, confrontation and the fallen angels have tried everything too: intimidation, propaganda, manipulation. Yet the truth marches on. The bloggers of Zimbabwe have amplified his voice, the people have echoed his cry, and the false prophets cannot silence the storm.
This is not just about Religion. It is about justice. It is about integrity. It is about reclaiming the dignity of our people from the clutches of exploitation. Jay Israel is not perfect, but perfection is not the demand here. Courage is. And courage he has shown in abundance. So let the fake angels weep. Let the fallen angels rage. Their time is up. The people are awake. The truth is louder than the lies, stronger than the schemes, deeper than the deception. Jay Israel has lit the fire, and the fire will not be extinguished.

Let the prick die his political death.

@KMutisi @edmnangagwa These inflation figures are meaningless when the Zimbabwe isn't using its own currency. R
Remove the US Dollar then we start talking about inflation.
English

ED2030 isn’t based on anything else except the IMPORTANCE of keeping the MOMENTUM… Sustainable Economic Growth & Economic Stability now entrenched in Zimbabwe, thanks to President @edmnangagwa’s leadership. No ons can argue against it, it’s there for all to see!
Elections in 2028 will be an unnecessary distraction from the core business of growing the Zimbabwean economy & building world class infrastructure.
English

@KMutisi There's no hope in Zimbabwe for the poor youths. If you've got no hope you've got nothing to lose.
English

Being a young person comes with its own challenges… In Zimbabwe, some youth have fallen into the trap of drug abuse… others lack the skills needed to secure employment or make any reasonable income.
Dr Tagwirei, a prominent Elder of the SDA Church in Harare, is SPEARHEADING efforts to tackle some of the challenges faced by Zimbabwean youths.
Good leaders do not look away when society is facing problems, they step up to provide lasting solutions.
President @edmnangagwa benefitted immensely from the Youth Vote in 2018 & 2023, youth remain the Vanguard of ZANU PF….

Dr. Gladys West, the Black mathematician whose brilliance made GPS possible, has passed at 95. Born on a Dinwiddie County farm during the Great Depression, she overcame segregation to become a scientist and map the world—literally. May we never forget her legacy or the path she paved for generations of mathematicians.

@GNyambabvu Absolute nonsense, you can't substitute the economic foundations that industrialisation provides. Industry builds the tech that services run on. China is the perfect example to learn from but you're lazy to build any industry in that shithole Zimbabwe.
English

VP Chiwenga needs advisors with tomorrow's mindsets; not yesterday's premises:
The Acting President said "our focus must be on industrialisation" so that we create jobs.
Well, we can't follow the development model of the West, we would never catch up or attract the humongous capital investment that reaquires.
We are in the Post-Industrial age where socieites and economies are moving from industrial production to a developmental approach based on innovation & tech, knowledge and services. That should be the focus.
