@NYCTBus Y’all I beg of you: updates like cancelled buses NEED to appear on the tracker. It’s public transport that is relied upon for medical appointments & to get to/from school and work for many. Having this info before it’s too late to adjust & get some place on time is critical

@nys2109 Hi, there. There is only a 2:25 and that bus departed about 10 minutes behind schedule. ^KB

It’s quite cold and there isn’t any notice of a cancellation in service.

@FedExHelp I need help. I’ve tried calling half a dozen times but the phone system is INCREDIBLY sensitive & picks up ALL the ambient noise of the school where I teach & keeps saying it doesn’t recognize what I’m saying. The chatbot is also not helpful. I need contact w a human.

@NYCTBus THAT is the bus that did not run according to the schedule and there were no notices about disruption to service posted

@NYCTBus That is not the run about which I was inquiring. It is the one running on time. The run in question is that which was scheduled to depart at 22:12 and never showed up at 41st Street and did not appear on the tracker but as of my last message suddenly showed as being on Walker.
