@nicolefairless Really sorry about this Nicole. While we understand you have paid for the items, you have paid the Sender not NZ Post which is why they hold the delivery contract with us and not the receiver. In most instances, the sender will also use a third party company to ship items. ^Bex

It’s absolutely wild to me that I am told I have to contact the sender to log an investigation into @nzpost delivering my babies special formula to the wrong address, I can’t just buy supermarket formula. Do they expect babies in this position to starve if we didn’t have backup?

@nzpost do you know why the passport we sent 'express' delivery to Ireland is still in Auckland more than 3 weeks later. It's now touch and go whether we can get this back in time for our family trip and is causing a great amount of stress, please help....

@nzpost What is “Reply Paid”? Miramar Post Shop says it may be chargeable, but a company in Auckland says all costs are paid by the receiver, not the customer. NZ Post needs to clearly explain. Customers deserve clarity.

@nzpost can you please explain why I was not made aware, after spending $170, that any packages of goods sent to the UK would also have to pay UK VAT? Being required to pay another $390 having already been made to pay the initial fee and not been told is ridiculous

@nzpost Yes, your customer team have advised me now that they can't be shipped, but my argument is there is no way to know that's what's in the parcel and it was lost IN YOUR DEPOT. I am the sender

Hey @nzpost you guys suck. You confirmed you picked up my parcel, you have lost it and despite no way of being able to tell that it contained vouchers, because it does you won't cover it. If it was stolen from the delivery house, then sure but YOU lost it in your warehouse.
