Vindication. It has now been decided definitively and finally that there will be NO TRIAL in my case which has dragged on for 2.5 years of my life. "Not guilty" would have been nice to hear, to see the looks on my prosecutors faces. But I will never hear those words. What today's decision means is "There isn't enough evidence to even have a trial" the prosecution have failed utterly to produce a case file that judges even want to judge. This means everything I was put through, from the prison time to the media slander and the perp walks were all for nothing. It will be interesting to see how the media spin this, if they report on it at all. There will be a heavy price to pay for all of those who were involved in this, bookmark this post.
