one thing about January is that it’s going to make sure you feel all 31 of the days. 😭

@oblivionnaz Distance and make sure you get proper rest between runs so your body can recover, eat well and id go to a proper running shop and get trainers they recommend. You can do it but in that short space of time you can’t afford to slack at all. I trained for 6 months before my first.
