From someone who has opened thousands of card packs… This quality looks very low grade, ESPECIALLY for how much each mint cost… looks like it was AI generated and ordered from Alibaba. The paper pack instead of plastic and the cards mad thin…

Over two years ago, I started working as an advisor for a company that was pre-launch called “Rove”. A few months later I was offered a full-time job as a Community Strategist, and then was promoted to Head of Growth soon after. @jasonmdesimone the founder has allowed me the space to learn and grow and try things out and take risks as we grow Rove. It takes a lot for a founder to let someone come in and be experimental with your company. It takes ALOT to trust someone to execute something that is going to spin the wheel in the direction you want. I’m really lucky to have been trusted a ton in this role. After Solana Summer Camp, @Gogonauts was the second big project Jason allowed me full liberal creative freedom to project manage. Over a year ago @jasonmdesimone handed me the keys to the car and said, “Here’s what we need, A brandable PFP for @RoveWorldApp - we will be able to funnel tons of perks and rewards from the app and collaborate with entertainment/brand partners through the Rove pipeline. Building a web3 community around the Rove vision is a major part of our roadmap….we have everything to make for a strong collection…I just need you create it.” I got together with the team. @deepinurSOL, @SolanaPermaBull ane I studied the NFT space, the Art, the culture, what people created brands around, and how long people kept it as a profile picture. (Shout out @nftinspect) Once we landed on a concept we hired @roy_draws and @Elysium_Arts to execute the vision. After hundreds of iterations we finally found our Art. It’s simple but sleek, non derivative, bright, brandable, memeable, the characters look unique when you switch up the traits, and the traits all blend super well together. Esteemed Art director @meltytanti came on for a few months to give a final critique and guidance as we planned our go-to-market and some gamified plans for post mint. After the art was complete, I was on a world tour for Rove again and @sunnymaanz introduced me to @WeedleChamp and the @MutantLabs_ team at Eth Denver. I learned about 404s and hybrids I brought the concept of launching a 404 back to the team. Everyone was unanimous this elevated our ability to do so many of the things we originally planned with the collection. The ability to play around with the reroll for rewards and the possibilities that seasonal traits opens up for us was beyond exciting. So we proudly decided to adopt this new Hybrid tech and join the others leading to pioneer in the hybrid space. Memecoins skyrocketed and NFTs cooled off for a bit, but we persisted and educated the space of hybrids and started building up hype organically. As we planned to launch I came up with an idea to perk the degens interest amidst the memecoin craze…. A win/win raffle mint: Buy a ticket for 1.5 sol 2/3 chance to get a Gogonaut 1/3 chance to get 2 Sol returned to your wallet (more than you entered with) Everyone loved the idea and I got to build it with some of my first friends on @Solana. The guys from @BuddyLinkApp are goated (@themoonboots was the first person I ever met at a hacker house) We have gotten nothing but overwhelming love and support as we push this to market. This project for me is super special because it’s not just a collection I got to lead creating, but I also got to build it with all my favorite people who when I think of Solana it’s who made building in this space special for me. We are so lucky that our mint is happening right as NFTs are heating again. Tomorrow is Mint Day.
