Using a national disaster to score political points is disappointing. While Ghanaians are dying and families are suffering because of the floods, some opposition figures seem more interested in attacking the sitting government than joining efforts to address the crisis. Criticism has its place, but so does responsibility. This is the time to support relief efforts, demand practical solutions, and work together to prevent future disasters not to celebrate or exploit people's pain for political gain. Ghana deserves better than politics over tragedy.
