@OCBCBank After 16 days OCBC is simply refunding the amount claiming the account number is incorrect which is a BIG LIE. Now my employer has to initiate a new transfer. This is the kind of service a bank from #Singapore a so called a well developed country provides!

@OCBCBank transfers funds to @IDFCFIRSTBank via @KotakBankLtd and it takes 4 - 5 days to credit. IDFC says it's not their fault. Why does Kotak Bank take 4 - 5 days to process?

@OCBCBank If we owe the bank and are delayed by a single day, they immediately impose heavy fees. Yet when the situation is reversed, all we receive is a simple ‘sorry,’ with no accountability. Honestly, e-commerce companies show more transparency and responsibility than these bankers.
