@OCBCBank I can’t believe my Relationship Manager lied to me. I submitted the updated Tax Residence Form since Sept 2025. According to my RM, my tax residence had been updated. I also emailed cert@ocbc.com in Sept 2025. But I just found out that it’s never been updated until now!

@OCBCBank your bank branch at marine parade serioulsly needs a revamp. Can't imagine waiting for hours just to close an account. Also, no priority line or service for senior citizens. Learn from @dbsbank & @UnheiligOficial

@OCBCBank I had tried installing your ocbc app 6 months ago and even your staff said there are so many glitches to it. Really sad & frustrated. Even a friend of mine had issues. 2 hours of waiting to get an ATM card for his daughter and still did not get it.

@OCBCBank Still awaiting. One counter for one type of service. Last time it took me and my 90 yr old dad 3 hours in the branch. Wonder why they can't have the counters below to also service everyone
