@OCBCBank After 16 days OCBC is simply refunding the amount claiming the account number is incorrect which is a BIG LIE. Now my employer has to initiate a new transfer. This is the kind of service a bank from #Singapore a so called a well developed country provides!

@OCBCBank If we owe the bank and are delayed by a single day, they immediately impose heavy fees. Yet when the situation is reversed, all we receive is a simple ‘sorry,’ with no accountability. Honestly, e-commerce companies show more transparency and responsibility than these bankers.

@OCBCBank Take around 3 to 5 business days, depending on the receiving bank, country. If that’s the case, how was the amount consistently credited on the same day to the same account in the same country from May 2024 to July 2025? This delay has only been happening for the last four months
