I think the AI is making me smarter. I have been using GenAI extensively for writing. Anecdotally, I feel like my writing has become better? I can't prove it; but, it turns out, there is some data that supports this idea. newscientist.com/article/236413…

@aaronbuley If you’re working out and looking for big gains, you’ll probably need to balance the plunging as it could slow down some of that growth.

@aaronbuley I did them for about 8 months straight. ~3 times a week. Definitely a mood booster, felt no pain after a few minutes in that water, vision was sharper for a long time after getting out. Sometimes snuck one in at lunch to re energize. Huberman has the science + Wim Hoff.

Do any of y’all do cold plunge therapy? been thinking about trying it just to see… Apparently there’s a ton of benefits to spending just two minutes in a 40° tub every morning. 🤔 Thoughts?
