i love fasting for 18 hours and then eat 800kcals > at night and hit the gym. i only got 3,000 steps done at the gym cus my stomach was hurting bad but wtv. im going to the gym again tn and will try to do at least 10,000 steps and above. it’ll take an hour but idrc

@alexialvsmisery i binge from time to time but definitely not as much as i used to. im super happy ab it

does anyone else just not binge anymore? I used to binge loads when my ed first started and then I’d walk off what I ate (I was miserable) but now I just don’t get the cravings anymore?

@ochanside YESSS I PLAY LEAGUE, ROBLOX, MINECRAFT, CSGO, RIVALS, FORTNITE, and maybe a couple others for multiplayer but also I play on laptop so Apex crashes and lags sometimes but I still play in occasion!!! I play a lot of non multiplayer games too hut these are the multiplayer ones
