@muephiee @berrymilkhachi try getting between 5-8k, then work your way up to 10k! it usually takes me 1.5hrs to get 10k so you can split it up between 45min twice a day🩷

my irl is bmi 15 and claims not to be disordered, also has barely any knowledge (or pretends not to) on eating disorders in general. she also eats high cal snacks pretty much every time we’re talking, but she 100% looks severely underweight. how tf is this possible
