@AramideOyekunle I spent 8 months in this space doing a project 'no food for lazy man' the project is centred around Labour and the recycling economy. I learnt that this space has its own education which you need to succeed here. The women here blow me away with an unimaginable amount of data.

@footballcritix Harry Redknapp told a story of how kanu's leg goes completely dead after games at Portsmouth to they point they have to carry him into his car. He said he succeeded with players bcos he knew how to manage them. Some can play for five minutes and win you the game, just manage them

I did free labour for the wealthy man in my estate hoping to build a connection. This Saturday he invited me to play long tennis 🎾 with his friends. I think it's working. Every morning he jogs past the construction site I supervise near his building. Calm man. Exotic cars. Old money energy. One day he asked for me. Wanted tile maintenance in his living room. I saw the opportunity immediately. Brought my boys. Three days. Clean job. He traveled during the work. I sent pictures when we finished. He loved it. Asked for the labour cost. I told him not to worry about it. Rich people don't talk too much. He just said thank you. Then Saturday he called. Long tennis🎾 with his friends. He even brought kits for me. I trusted my instinct on this one. Let's see where it goes.

Most young men are being manipulated and misled into thinking that putting their girlfriends on a monthly allowance and paying their rent makes them "real men.'" In reality, you have already set yourself up for failure, and you will learn that the hard way. 99.9% of girls on allowances end up cheating with men who can't even give them anything. 🤌🤌✌🏻

The old-money elite class lives in Ikeja GRA. A mix of old money and new money, elites, industrialists, entertainers, and politicians, reside in Ikoyi and Banana Island. Then there are the old-school money “419” players from back in the day, many of whom lived in Ajao Estate. One of them is also a present-day governor in an Eastern state. Back then, alongside the likes of Eze Ego, they would often gather in the evenings at Stop Over Hotel, just after Airport Junction, to unwind and have fun.

Court Orders Lagos Businesswoman to Return Property to Ex-Husband A Lagos-based businesswoman and former NTA staff, Ms. Olufunke Otti, has been ordered by the Lagos High Court to return a property she unlawfully acquired from her ex-husband, Chief Isaac Morakinyo Jolapamo. Delivering judgment in suit No. LD/3034LM/2022 on March 26, 2026, Justice Olufolake Olufolashade Adewunmi-Oshin declared that the property located at 23A & B Olusegun Aina Street, Parkview Estate, Ikoyi, Lagos, rightfully belongs to Chief Jolapamo and not Ms. Otti. The court consequently ordered her to relinquish the property to him. In addition, the court directed Ms. Otti to refund N410,347,000.00 to Chief Jolapamo, representing the outstanding balance from the proceeds of the sale of two vessels. She was also ordered to remit N63,000,000.00, being rental income collected from tenants between 2018 and 2021. Furthermore, the court awarded N5 million in general damages against her. Ms. Otti and Chief Jolapamo were formerly married. Their relationship began at the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), where Chief Jolapamo had gone in search of spiritual and personal support during a difficult period. Ms. Otti, a senior member of the church, was assigned to assist him, and their relationship eventually developed into a romantic one. The couple formalized their union on February 23, 2017, at the Federal Marriage Registry in Ikoyi, Lagos. During the marriage, Chief Jolapamo entrusted his wife with significant business responsibilities, including the sale of two vessels—M.T. MOR Prosperity and M.T. Power—with instructions to use the proceeds to acquire a matrimonial home in Parkview Estate. Ms. Otti sold the vessels for N810,347,000.00 and purchased the property as directed. However, she registered the property solely in her name without her husband’s knowledge. The situation came to light during a trip abroad when she sent him back to Nigeria and later informed him via WhatsApp that she was no longer interested in the marriage, instructing him to vacate the house. This revelation marked the beginning of a prolonged legal dispute between the couple, who had ceased living together as husband and wife since March 2019. Their marriage was officially dissolved in April 2025. With the court’s judgment delivered on March 26, 2026, Chief Jolapamo has now successfully reclaimed his property and financial entitlements.

@KE_MrBlack I once photographed a very beautiful girl nude, the kind of girl men will die for. During the shoot she was looking at my organ and surprised why it was not responding to what it's seeing. I told her that I am not looking at a sexual object but a work of art. 1/2

During the Nigerian Civil War, many Igbo people fled cities like Lagos, leaving behind houses and property. Alex Ekwueme (then a young architect) left his house in Apapa. His neighbour, Otunba Subomi Balogun, a banker did not seize the property. Instead, he removed intruders from the house, renovated it and rented it out while Ekwueme was away. He carefully kept all the rent proceeds. When the war ended and Ekwueme returned, Balogun handed back the house to him and gave him a full envelope of all the rent collected Ekwueme was reportedly shocked, because many others lost their properties during that period. About a decade later, Ekwueme became Vice President under President Shehu Shagari (Second Republic, 1979–1983). Subomi Balogun wanted to establish his own bank but faced significant hurdles at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). Officials resisted because it was unprecedented for a private Nigerian citizen to own a commercial bank without foreign partners; there were also political suspicions (some alleged he might use it to finance certain politicians). After failing to get traction through official channels, Balogun turned to his old friend. One Sunday after Church Service, he and his wife "cornered" Ekwueme at the Cathedral Church in Marina, Lagos. They physically grabbed Ekwueme and his wife's clothing to get past security and plead their case. Ekwueme listened, reassured him, and instructed him to come to the Federal Executive Council meeting he would preside over (as Shagari was absent). That very Thursday, the Finance Minister called Balogun to confirm that the license had been approved on Ekwueme's instruction. This paved the way for FCMB and reportedly opened doors for other indigenous banks. Balogun later opened an FCMB branch in Ekwueme's hometown of Oko (Anambra State) in continuation of their friendship. We love ourselves, it is the politicians that are dividing us.
