هذا الشخص لما كان يحكم شمال سوريا ماسمح لاي شخص او فصيل انه يتشارك معه السلطة وبالبداية تقاتل مع فصائل ثورية حتى وحد جميع فصائل المعارضة تحد يده ولا ننسى ان شخصيته وحدوية السلطة
