It’s now 7 pm and the long lines seen all day at McAllen’s Lark Community Center are closed but anyone in line will get to vote. Voters have averaged an hour to an hour and a half waiting to cast their ballots.

Deputies responded to a neighbor dispute call in the 10500 blk of Hwy 107 in rural Edinburg. Multiple people were shot. Two males and one female were deceased on scene. Three males were transported to a hospital, where one additional male didn’t survive. Investigation is ongoing.

At 8:33pm, HCSO Patrol deputies responded to the 3500 Blk of Mile 13 North in rural Mercedes for a stabbing. Deputies were advised that a 43 year old male was stabbed by his brother. Victim was taken to a hospital but didn’t survive. Suspect fled location. Investigation ongoing
