optimized octra devnet explorer is now supported by octrascan! devnet.octrascan.io a mainnet explorer update is coming shortly to reflect the newly announced privacy enhancements.

we released an updated reference python client yesterday with full support for homomorphic encryption, decryption and transfer of balance within the octra devnet in a significant privacy enhancement compared to testnet notably, the nodes have no access to underlying data the underlying hfhe-pvac technology is fully open sourced and available for review via github repo links quoted below proof generation is not optimized in the devnet reference client build, taking up to 500s on codespaces and 45s on an average desktop setup for a stealth transfer, which is expected behavior this will be reduced to ~3s at full client release with optional encryption of sender, amount and recipient hfhe operations remain lightweight and support up to ~15Mb/s processing speeds for 32 Mb circles that can be clustered

octrascan will be down for some time while the @octra team resolves an indexing issue in preparation for an upgrade. this does not affect network operations.
