EXCL: A team of students from RGU in Aberdeen completed a drone scan of the facade today.
The work comes a day a City of Glasgow College team was rebuffed.

EXCL: A group of Glasgow college students offered to carry out a 3D scan of the Union Corner fire site for free.
This would help in future restoration efforts.
Glasgow City Council said no thanks.

Why can't we know who owns our country? Why? Someone knows. Why isn't it is?
Why can anyone own land without telling us who they are?

It took me 2 minutes to discover the vape fireball shop was owned by 2 Pakistani nationals and there are 18 other vape shops in the same street. This guy has found out incredible things. The question is why the SNP Council continues to sit on its fat arse doing nothing. 👇

The vape shops registered as forestry services… and the accountant behind them. That’s what the company records say. While digging into Glasgow’s vape boom I found strange SIC codes, short-life companies and the same accountant appearing again and again in the paperwork.

EVENT: Join C20 for Adventurous Vents: A Journey through the Ventilation Shafts of Britain
🗓️ Monday 23 March at 6.30pm – 8pm
📍The Gallery, 70 Cowcross Street, London + Online
🎟️ Book tickets: secure.c20society.org.uk/Default.aspx?t…
Authors Lucy Lavers, Judy Ovens and Suzanna Prizeman will talk about their new book Adventurous Vents, which celebrates for the first time the intriguing architectural typology of ventilation shafts, as well as presenting an innovative way of looking at the history of Britain’s underground infrastructure.
Often overlooked, vents are in fact crucial to the running of our modern world – wherever there is an underground space it needs ventilation and, although we may not notice them, vents pop up all over the country providing us with clues to what lies below.
So come and hear about the most interesting of these structures, which are often disguised as sculptures, statues or small buildings, and how they have been vital in the development of our railways, sewers, mines and motoring infrastructure.

Column today, on that fire..
You reap what you sow. The failure of the Glasgow's guardians left it susceptible to this kind of incident. No amount of maudlin drivel from politicians changes the fact that neglect paid a major part in the Union Corner blaze thescottishsun.co.uk/news/16043761/…

I will take a wild guess that Benny Higgins' chief interest in 'Oxygen Conservation' is the money that can be extracted from our gullible political class.
