CA wants to build 2.5 million homes and cut carbon emissions in half by 2030. That means: Rethinking the American dream of a detached, single family home and an SUV. We'll probably have to live closer to each other, walk more and drive less. For more: buff.ly/3u5vVa3

Thanks to some recently passed laws (SB 9, state + local ADU laws easing restrictions) it's easier for homeowners to DIY more density on their own single family plots. @KS_Sanjose wants to show people more density doesn't HAVE TO mean tall apartments and high rises
