Very pleased to have my paper, 'The "Art of Living": LGBTQIA+ Activism and International Law' in this excellent collection. In this chapter, I frame the work of LGBTQIA+ activists Nicholas Toonen, Edward Hart-Young and Rosanna Flamer-Caldera as queer and jurisprudential.

I am voting yes to a voice to parliament because it is about giving Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people the opportunity to have a say in the issues that affect them.

I am voting yes because constitutional change will provide the necessary recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders as custodians of this land for over 65,000 years.
