Be a selfless & sacrificing husband. Be a present & patient father. Lead your family to Jesus & you will find joy and fulfillmentent. I know I’m a young man w/ relatively little life experience but I’ve yet to find a truly happy old man that disagrees with these things. 2/2

What if we cried out to God to end the divorce crisis with hearts ready for the challenge? Want to be a real man? It’s not about doing whatever you want, drinking garage beers or wearing dad shoes; it’s not about “looking but not touching”, being weatlhy or killing big deer. 1/2

No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care

Actions (& lack thereof) have consequences. While this should be comforting it shouldn’t be an excuse to remain idle. Actively do good, share the love of Christ, further the Kingdom through service & sacrifice. God’s plan allows for our choices to make a difference.

Stop letting politics be your excuse not to show love. Love God, Love people.

I’m so sick of the toxic macho “no woman can tell me not to go drink with the boys” culture. One of the most manly thing a guy can do is put the needs of his wife and children above his own selfish impulses. Quit being a selfish little boy, do the right thing, and be a man.

I used to think that following Gods will meant one day things would pan out & be better. Sometimes they do. Sometimes they don’t. The point is to please God & love people- not to get a payoff. Do the right thing because it’s good; not because you get something out of it.
