Let me walk you through what happened one hour before Trump announced the five day moratorium on Iran strikes.
$1.5 billion in notional S&P E-mini futures contracts. Four to six times normal activity.
One hour before the announcement.
Simultaneously, $192 million in crude oil futures purchased at the same time.
They made between $300 and $400 million dollars off those trades.
Trump claimed he spoke to an Iranian official to negotiate the moratorium.
The Iranians said that person doesn't exist and the conversation never happened.
This is not the first time.
It has happened multiple times. He says something. The trade goes on. He says another thing. The market moves.
But whatever you call it — they are laughing at you and they are laughing at me while they do it.
Hunter Biden sold a painting and Washington lost its mind.
These people are making hundreds upon hundreds of millions of dollars trading on information that only exists inside the most powerful office in the world.
I think we are dramatically underreporting how much money is actually being made here.
This isn't politics anymore.
This is a financial operation running out of the White House.

“We're awaiting the U.S. response to Russia's strikes. It was America that proposed pausing energy infrastructure attacks during diplomacy and the cold winter. This request came directly from the U.S. President. We see Russia answered this request with a record number of missile strikes. Less than four days passed of the week Russia was asked to pause. This speaks volumes about any promises Russia makes or might make. If they break their word now, what can we expect later? They lied before this war began. Russia launched this full-scale war while deceiving everyone about their intentions toward Ukraine. And now, even in these specific agreements with America, we see Russian deception again. Moscow is desperate and trying to use the cold because they can't defeat Ukraine militarily”

Witkoff makes me sick with his "lots of good things happening" between russia and Ukraine
What good things? Russia bombing a passenger train, blowing people to pieces, burning them alive, and forcing mothers with newborns to jump out of the train in terror for their lives? Or the humanitarian disaster Russia caused in Kyiv, where people freeze to death in their homes—especially the elderly, too weak and cold to seek help, with no phones to call anyone after days without power? Or maybe when Russia murders, with drones, a married couple simply walking away from the frontline? These are good things? This all happened this week, so WHAT GOOD THINGS, YOU MORONIC JERK?

If Russian warships are sailing freely around Greenland, Ukraine can help – we have the expertise and weapons to ensure not one of those ships remains.
They can sink near Greenland just as they do near Crimea. No problem – we have the tools and people.
If we were asked, and if Ukraine were in NATO – but we are not – we would solve this problem with the Russian ships.

Bruce Springsteen on Trump: “I couldn't care less what he thinks about me. He's the living personification of what the 25th Amendment and impeachment were for. If Congress had any guts, he'd be consigned to the trash heap of history."

Over twenty-five years in the U.S. Navy, thirty-nine combat missions, and four missions to space, I risked my life for this country and to defend our Constitution – including the First Amendment rights of every American to speak out. I never expected that the President of the United States and the Secretary of Defense would attack me for doing exactly that.
My rank and retirement are things that I earned through my service and sacrifice for this country. I got shot at. I missed holidays and birthdays. I commanded a space shuttle mission while my wife Gabby recovered from a gunshot wound to the head– all while proudly wearing the American flag on my shoulder. Generations of servicemembers have made these same patriotic sacrifices for this country, earning the respect, appreciation, and rank they deserve.
Pete Hegseth wants to send the message to every single retired servicemember that if they say something he or Donald Trump doesn’t like, they will come after them the same way. It’s outrageous and it is wrong. There is nothing more un-American than that.
If Pete Hegseth, the most unqualified Secretary of Defense in our country’s history, thinks he can intimidate me with a censure or threats to demote me or prosecute me, he still doesn’t get it. I will fight this with everything I’ve got — not for myself, but to send a message back that Pete Hegseth and Donald Trump don’t get to decide what Americans in this country get to say about their government.
