Israeli forces have raided the offices of seven prominent Palestinian civil society organizations in the occupied West Bank. In 2021, Israel had outlawed six of these groups in an attempt to muzzle their work. Human Rights Watch is proud to #StandWithThe6.

Shawan Jabarin, director of human rights NGO @alhaq_org, after Israeli forces raided their office this morning: “There is no justice in Palestine… People need to open their eyes: this is an apartheid, colonial state, and this is the nature of the occupation here.”

Israeli forces broke into the HQs of six Palestinian human rights organizations in Ramallah. @alhaq_org, @Addameer, @DCIPalestine, @BisanResearch, @UAWC1986, @of_committees offices were looted, equipment confiscated, doors weld and a military order shutting them down left behind.

At dawn today, the occupation forces stormed the office of UPWC, confiscated its property, equipment and files, and closed the office in a brutal manner. It is worth mentioning that it is not the first time that the occupation forces stormed our office.

قام اتحاد لجان المرأة الفلسطينية بزيارة مجلس قروي الباذان، للتباحث ووضع خطط عمل حول آليات العمل المشترك المستقبلي لتعزيز دور المرأة وفاعليتها في المنطقة. #UPWC

ضمن مشروع المال مقابل العمل الذي ينفذه الصندوق الفلسطيني للتشغيل بالشراكة مع وزارة المالية وبتمويل من البنك الدولي،نفذ اتحاد لجان المرأة الفلسطينية ورشتي عمل، تناولت الورشة الأولى التعريف بالمشروع وخططه وأهدافه وآلية عمله،وتضمنت الورشة الثانية نظام إدارة السلامة والصحة المجتمعية.
