It was a privilege to participate in the 48th EEPC India Southern Region Awards for Export held in Hyderabad today and interact with leading exporters, industrialists, and stakeholders from across the country. Telangana continues to strengthen its position in India’s engineering export sector, particularly in Aerospace, Defence, Electronics, Pharma, and EV Mobility. The State’s engineering exports reaching nearly USD 7.5 billion reflects the growing strength of Telangana’s industrial ecosystem. Our Government remains committed to making Telangana a global export hub through technology driven industrial growth, world class infrastructure, and skilled workforce development.

Happy to lay the foundation stone for KJS India Private Limited Unit 2 at Thogarpally, Sangareddy today along with my Cabinet colleague Shri Damodara Raja Narasimha garu, MPs Shri Raghunandan Rao garu and Shri Suresh Shetkar garu, and other public representatives. The ₹651 crore project is expected to generate direct employment for 1,551 people and indirect opportunities for nearly 5,000 more, while strengthening Telangana’s food processing and FMCG ecosystem. Happy to witness an overwhelming response to the PEDDAPALLI Job Mela – 2026 organized today under the Department of Sports & Youth Services in coordination with TASK and DEET. Glad to lay the foundation stone for the establishment of Plug & Play Garmenting Units in Manthani and Kataram today. The units will be established at Manthani on 2 acres and at Kataram on 1 acre, with a total project cost of ₹19.9 crore, and are expected to become fully operational within the next five months. This initiative will provide direct employment to 600 local women and support the livelihoods of many families in Manthani and nearby areas. Honoured to lay the foundation stone for the ITP Aero India manufacturing facility at Hardware Park (Phase–III), Shamshabad, today. With an investment of ₹453 crore across 10 acres, this project marks a significant step in strengthening Telangana’s position as a global hub for aerospace and advanced manufacturing. The facility is expected to be fully operational by 2027 and will generate employment for approximately 350 highly skilled professionals in precision engineering, advanced manufacturing, and quality control scaling up to nearly 600 jobs in the coming years. This initiative reflects our continued commitment to fostering industrial growth, driving innovation, and creating high value employment opportunities in the state.

Today, I visited the "SUPER SUMMER” camp in Manthani and spent time with some very sharp and eager students. This initiative by T-Fiber, in collaboration with Super Teacher, is bringing computers, AI, and robotics to government school children right at their doorstep. I was particularly impressed by the Moon Lander model the students explained with such clarity and confidence. Digital literacy is no longer optional it is essential.
